CCR&R Customer Service/Complaint Policy
The Child Care Resource and Referral of Upstate SC (CCR&R) strives to provide high quality services to the community. All CCR&R staff are expected to treat all clients (parents, guardians, child care providers, businesses, social workers, etc…) in a respectful and professional manner. If at any time a client is dissatisfied with a service provided CCR&R staff are expected to give the matter prompt and courteous attention and work with the client until issue is resolved.
If the issue or concern cannot be satisfactorily resolved the client can be referred to the CCR&R Coordinator who will work to resolve the problem. The coordinator will
- Record all relevant information from client on the customer service report form (see customer service form)
- Provide consultation and information to client
- Inform client of next steps that will be taken to resolve issue
- Continue to work with client until client is satisfied or all resources/solutions have been exhausted
In addition, the CCR&R Coordinator will track all concerns to help guide staff development and training opportunities and improve services provided to the community.
