Job Title:             Part-Time Substitute and/or Assistant Teacher

Salary:                $7.75/hr - $8.75/hr depending on education

Job Description: Applicants must apply online at www.gvltec.edu. Duties may include any or all of the following: assist with care of children six weeks old to five years old, assist with planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate activities, routine chores and maintenance of classroom, and assist with routine tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:  A high school diploma or GED and six months experience working in a licensed/approved child-care setting with basic knowledge of young children/early childhood development.

Preferred Qualifications:  Graduate of a technical college Early Childhood Development Program.
